Omega Chess is played on a 10x10 board with an extra square in each corner. It features all six standard chess pieces, plus two that are not found in standard chess. Whereas in standard chess the knight is a 2,1 leaper, the wizard is a 3,1 leaper and a 1,1 leaper. Another piece, known to the game's inventor as the champion, is a 1,0 leaper, a 2,0 leaper and a 2,2 leaper. Unofficial alternative names for this piece are bouncer, jackalope, leapfrog, nunchuck, and wonder twin.
